Description:

They need volunteers to help in a small
girls´orphanage, in workshops, courses, games, etc.

Small orphanage in a
house in a residential neighborhood, in which 25 girls (ranging from a year and
a half years old to 24 years old) live with 3 people who take care of them.

Founded in 1992 by a
hindhu couple who used to live in Canada. Currently, they receive funds from
private donors mainly from Canada (“Can Serve Foundation”) and India.

During the working
days, from 8 to 15 hours, girls are at school. As for that, volunteers would be
free, and given the case they could  collaborate
with other N.G.O.s of the city during this time.

Given it is a
girls´orphanage, only female volunteers are admitted.

Minimal period of stay
is three months.

They have experience
in receiving volunteers, mainly Canadian girls.

Room and Board:

They offer a shared
room and board for a rate of 125 INR/per day. (to cover at least their own
expenses)

It is not recommended
to go from April to June due to the high heat climate conditions in the
Rajasthan region.

It is mandatory to
have a good level of English.
